We’re sitting in a train station in downtown Paris discussing the day’s finds when we look up just in time to catch a sharply dressed woman passing by with a very familiar looking tote. “Excusez-moi,” we called out to get her attention. Where did she get her fabulous tote, we asked. Ballard Designs, she replied.
