Sometimes, all it takes is a little paint
It was a blustery day in Brussels when we came across the inspiration for our Kingston Bedroom. To be honest, it was not love at first sight. Only one member of our group saw the potential in the less-than-lovely mid-century originals. In fact, we left her standing alone in the store, still trying to convince us that all they really needed was vision and a little paint.
It took days and a lot more convincing before our buying group agreed to purchase the original versions of our Kingston Bedroom. But once they saw the potential too, the pieces were shipped to Italy, where they were meticulously refinished
and transformed with a multi-step, hand-applied finish. Was our buyer’s vision right? Compare our versions to the originals.
