“Ballard Dining Room” from Jane
I was looking for a way to emphasize the architectural detail in my dining room. It has a plate rail above board and batten walls leaving little space above for hanging pictures. So I looked for pieces that would compliment the plate rail. The rabbit print in the corner as well as the CAFE plaques are from Ballard Designs. I also chose the Montserrat Chandelier in cream, which sits above my Picardy Dining Table.
The Small Black Check fabric is also from Ballard Designs. I purchased enough to make the drapes and cover the chair seats. I just love my “Ballard Dining Room”. It makes me feel as though I am dining in a small cafe in France.
